When it comes down to DIY projects like a guitar tube amp, opting for a cheap soldering station is like opening your door to all sorts of dirty little creatures that would haunt you when those soldering joints come apart. I opted to spend a little more but invest in a industrial work horse like the Weller WTCPT soldering station. I never regretted it since. Here’s why.
